NCCJ 2-Day Becoming an Anti-Racist

Join NCCJ for a 2-day, interactive experience that explores bias, discrimination, and social power.

Join NCCJ for a two day training, that will include diving in to topics including, bias, discrimination, and social power. This interactive training will include sessions with affinity groups, skills building and action planning.

The workshop’s topics include

  • The history of racism, for multiple races.
  • How we are socialized into the system of racism impacts everyone.
  • Ways to recognize and interrupt bias and discrimination.
  • Ways to take action and build equity in your workplace and your community.
  • Ways to build co-conspirators.

Registration details:

  • Registration is required. Zoom information will be provided via email.
  • Participants must attend BOTH days from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm EST.
  • Fee: $500 per person.
  • Continuing Education Credits will be given for successful completion of the two-day session.
  • Financial aid is available—please let us know if payment is an issue for you.
