Donald Tump has taken presidential action that allows transgender students to be barred from bathrooms that matched their gender identities, which amounts to discrimination, something the Obama administration cited when the former president declared that not protecting transgender students bathroom rights violates the Title IX federal anti-discrimination law.

The “Muslim Ban” severely restricts immigration from seven majority Muslim countries, suspends all refugee admission for 120 days, and bars all Syrian refugees from entering the United States indefinitely.
